Trinity Place Holdings Inc. (“TPHS”) was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in New York City.

We are a strong and dynamic team with decades of experience in all aspects of real estate development, investment, finance, leasing, and asset management. Our board of directors consists of seasoned business leaders who share their depth and diversity of experiences in real estate with the management team. We hold a 95% interest in a joint venture that holds, invests in, manages, develops and redevelops real estate assets and real estate-related securities. Our largest single asset is currently 77 Greenwich Street (aka 77 Greenwich), a 300,000 SF mixed-use condominium project in Lower Manhattan whose development is substantially complete.

In the retail sector, we own a retail box in Paramus, New Jersey. We also own a newly-constructed multifamily asset, called, 237 11th Street on the Park Slope/Gowanus divide in Brooklyn.

We control directly a variety of intellectual property assets focused on the consumer sector which includes the rights to the Filene’s Basement® trademark and the Stanley Blacker® brand, and the intellectual property associated with the Running of the Brides® event and An Educated Consumer is Our Best Customer® slogan. We also manage where customers can purchase high fashion at discount prices online. In addition, the company maintains over $600 million of federal, state and local tax losses.
